01 Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GoldPrompt ("we," "us," "our") covering your use of [your domain here] (the "Site") and your GoldPrompt membership (the "Service"). By using the Site or starting a membership, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or subscribe.
02 What the Service is
GoldPrompt is a membership to an educational publication. Once each calendar month, while your membership is active, we send a batch of reference material — PDF prompt sets, workflow guides, fill-in templates, and a comparison spreadsheet — to the email you signed up with. The material is for educational and reference use and covers AI-assisted creative work.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold a membership. By subscribing, you confirm that's the case.
04 Price and billing
By starting a membership you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method $11.99 (plus tax where applicable) weekly, starting the day you sign up, until you cancel. You'll get an email receipt for each charge. Even though billing is weekly, the batch of material itself is refreshed once per calendar month, not once per week.
05 Delivery
Your first batch is sent shortly after you sign up. Each new calendar month's batch goes out on or around the 1st, for as long as your membership stays active. If a batch doesn't arrive within 24 hours of when it should, email [email protected] with your account email and we'll resend it.
06 Licence to use the material
While your membership is active and in good standing, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use each batch for your own creative, commercial, or educational projects. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files themselves — including posting them publicly or handing them to people outside your own team.
07 Cancellation
Cancel whenever you like through the membership portal. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't undo charges already made, except as covered by the guarantee below. Batches you've already received are yours to keep under the licence above, even after you cancel.
08 Refunds
If your first batch isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund everything you've paid up to that point, no questions asked. Outside that 30-day window, charges are non-refundable, though you're always free to cancel going forward.
09 Acceptable use
Don't use the Site or Service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with how the Service runs (scraping the member area, sharing login credentials, attempting to access another member's account, and similar). We can suspend or end a membership that does this.
10 No professional guarantees
The material we send is educational reference content, not a guarantee of any outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, the platforms you use, and factors outside our control — including changes third-party AI tools make to their own products.
11 Third-party tools
We may mention or recommend third-party AI tools in our material. We aren't affiliated with those companies unless we say so, and we don't control their pricing, features, or availability.
12 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GoldPrompt isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
13 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let active members know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction here], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
